Agreement
These terms apply to every company that creates a GanpuraWork workspace and to every person who uses it. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to them. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
Your workspace
Each company gets its own workspace with a company code and portal address. The person who signs up becomes the owner and can invite other users and give them roles. The company is responsible for the people it invites and for keeping sign in details safe.
Price
GanpuraWork is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell account owners well in advance and nothing will be charged without the company choosing a paid plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful, including storing data you have no right to hold.
- Try to access another company's data, or break or test the security of the service without written permission.
- Upload malicious files or send spam through the service.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
Your data
Your company owns the data it puts into GanpuraWork. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your employees' data, including location at punch in, and for informing your employees.
Documents and watermark
Documents generated through GanpuraWork carry a small "Powered by GanpuraWork" line and a verification code. The content of every document is the responsibility of the company that issues it.
Availability
We work to keep GanpuraWork available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Ending your use
You can stop using GanpuraWork at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk; where reasonable, we will warn you first.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, GanpuraWork is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell account owners about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
